The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a public workshop to present and discuss proposed changes related to cooling towers, process load pipe insulation, solar pool and spa heating, residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) performance, and multifamily domestic hot water requirements. These proposed updates aim to encourage the use of cost-effective and technically feasible energy-efficient building practices in the state.
