Lead Commissioner Workshop 2019 Time Dependent Value of Energy and Life Cycle Cost Methodology

Commissioner Andrew McAllister, the California Energy Commission’s Lead Commissioner on Energy Efficiency, will conduct a workshop to present proposed revisions to the Time Dependent Valuation (TDV) of energy and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) methodology for the 2019 Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Standards).
