Pre-Rulemaking Staff Workshops for the 2028 Energy Code – Day 1

The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host three days of staff workshops to engage the public regarding development of the 2028 Energy Code. This workshop will focus on the measures under consideration for the 2028 Energy Code, and is part of the CEC’s pre-rulemaking activities, which include research and gathering of information necessary to conduct a future formal rulemaking proceeding. This workshop is not part of a formal rulemaking proceeding.

The public can participate in the workshops consistent with the attendance instructions below. The CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time posted and the end time is an estimate based on the proposed agenda. The workshops may end sooner or later than the posted end time.
